The Prom Dress Struggle!

So I am writing this on April 1st. I have exactly a  month to find a prom dress. I've been searching online for months and in person for years for the perfect dress.  My style isn't typical of most girls my age. For years, I've seen many pictures from prom. Rarely is there a dress I could see myself actually wearing.

I just want something that is timeless but still my style. A trend I have noticed a little online is crop tops.  The dress below is one of my favorites that I've seen so far. It's from ASOS. I've had the most success on there but as you can see, it is out of stock.

Another aspect of the perfect dress is having straps. I'm not about to be pulling up a strapless dress all night. I don't want to have to not wear a bra. Its about comfort, really.  I have been to too many dances where I've been pulling up my top or making sure my bra sticks. Its not fun and the dress has to be really amazing to get me to risk comfort. The dress below is one that I found and really liked but then my mom pointed out how I probably couldn't wear a bra with it so it's out! 

This weekend, my mother and I tried to go shopping but who would have thought that the largest mall in the Chicago-land area would be closed on Easter?! I've got 3 weeks until prom and no dress or ticket...
